Somatic Experience Counseling

My coaching program is all about giving you the tools you may need to let go of shame, anxiety or heaviness you’ve been carrying around. You might be feeling stuck. You might have had the same thoughts running through your head for years and have no idea how to take action. You might be living in self loathing and shame. Maybe you’re terrified of livin the life you want and feel massively resistant to good things coming your way. 

This is all normal and human and I’ve been there. 

Through a lifetime of living with depression, over a decade  of self study, yoga, energy work and healing experiences, I’ve curated a coaching program that cuts  through the unbelievable amount of self help junk out there,  and gets right to the bottom line.

I am a healer. Through energy work, mindful yoga classes + one on one coaching, I help you unravel the layers and get to the core of who you are. From this place, you can create the life you want, have always dreamed, are worthy of. The journey isn’t easy, this is why we dive into different areas of our lives in the 8 week program. I give you daily incentives and check ins.

I firmly believe that mental health should be affordable. Times are tough right now, so my sessions are offered on a sliding scale. Pay what you can afford. 60 to 75 minute sessions, via zoom or in person vary in price.
