“Several months ago I started taking Liz’s flow classes on Fridays and Saturdays at BRV.  I was a little concerned about my skill level and knew the classes would be challenging for me.  Liz was reassuring and encouraging from the very start. Liz’s classes are so well designed.  The movement from posture to posture is smoothly choreographed and perfectly paced.  She offers a completely balanced stretch and workout. In addition to the flow of the postures, Liz’s voice is melodic and even hypnotic to listen to.  It greatly enhances the practice, as does her choice of music. She often comes around and gently corrects our postures, which I very much appreciate.
I always feel nurtured, encouraged, supported, and blessed by Liz gently prodding us to go a little deeper and push a little further, always cheering us on.  There are certain things I can’t do, but I love every minute of it! By the end of class I am proud of myself that I made it through. I had taken a class at Conshohocken Brewery in Phoenixville, one Sunday morning last month and Liz was the instructor. She was warm, friendly and a great yoga instructor, there were all levels in attendance and she made sure everyone was participating and took extra care in explaining and queuing each pose, her class had a great flow. Liz had a great song selection as well. It was a wonderful way to start the day. Looking forward to joining her again. Would recommend her class to anyone at any level. -Kim M.

“Reiki was not something I had ever experienced before so I went into this with no expectations. Upon entering Liz’s Reiki den, I was over come with peace from the smells of candles and the glow of white. Her space is so beautiful and welcoming. Our session was 45 minutes and during that session I was able to fully relax and be comfortable. It is hard to put into words exactly what you feel but it is warmth that seeps into your soul. I did fall asleep at one point and I did end up seeing a powerful green glow of light. When the session is over, Liz talks with you about what she observed and asks you some questions about how you felt. You leave feeling relaxed and with a little more insight about your energies.
