About Liz

Hi, I’m Liz!

Born in France to two American teachers, I grew up in an international bubble in Paris—surrounded by cultures, languages, and communities that taught me openness from the start. That early exposure shaped not just who I am, but the path I chose.

In my 20s, I taught elementary school in Boston. From Montessori language schools to community centers, I poured my energy into my students every day. But after long hours of giving to others, I craved a way to reconnect with myself. One yoga class at the Boston Sports Club in Allston changed everything. Suddenly, I had a practice that re-centered me, grounded me, and reminded me to breathe.

After seven vibrant years on the East Coast, I moved to Denver, balancing teaching kids with early-morning yoga classes. I began weaving together what I was learning on the mat with what I was teaching in the classroom—mindfulness, presence, curiosity. Yoga wasn’t just something I did; it became the way I lived.

For me, yoga was never about touching my toes or standing on my head (though yes, those are fun, and they come with practice). It was about finding peace in the chaos of an overwhelming, fast-paced world. It was about creating moments of stillness, strength, and self-love.

In 2015, I completed my 200-hour training with Expansion Freedom & Voice in Paris. From there, I continued deepening my practice with certifications in prenatal yoga and meditation. Over the past 10+ years, yoga has carried me through depression, through tremendous loss—including the passing of my father—across the world to India, and back home to myself.

As a teacher, I’ve had the privilege of sharing yoga in many forms: leading classes online, building a 7-days-a-week virtual yoga community during the pandemic, and now teaching at two incredible studios in Denver. Each chapter has reinforced my belief in yoga’s power to heal, connect, and transform.

Along the way, I also discovered a new passion—art. What started as a personal outlet grew into a body of work I now share through coloring books created to calm the nervous system, inspire mindfulness, and invite play. These books have become another way for me to guide people into relaxation and creativity, blending my love of yoga and art into something tangible you can bring into your daily life.

Yoga gave me the tools to heal. Art gave me a new way to express that healing. Together, they’ve become the foundation of how I live—and the gifts I love sharing with others.

This practice changed my life—and it’s my greatest joy to share it with you. Because when you give yourself the space to breathe, move, and create, you begin to reclaim your life in the most unexpected ways.

xoxo, Liz
