Yoga has transformed my life—and it can do the same for you. I offer personalized private yoga sessions designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re brand new or an experienced student. Together, we’ll build strength, ease stress, and create space for clarity and balance. Your practice, your pace, your transformation.

Yoga has been one of the most transformative forces in my life. It supported me through loss, helped me stay grounded through change, and gave me the tools to reconnect with my body and mind when the world felt overwhelming. On my mat, I’ve found strength, healing, and a deeper sense of clarity—and it’s this gift I feel honored to share with others.

The beauty of yoga is that it truly is for everyone. Children, adults, and seniors can all benefit from the practice. It builds strength, improves flexibility, calms the nervous system, and creates space for mental clarity. Yoga teaches us how to breathe more fully, move more freely, and live with a sense of balance no matter what season of life we’re in.

When you work with me privately, the experience is completely tailored to you. Whether you want to deepen your physical practice, relieve stress, support recovery from an injury, or simply carve out time for yourself, I design each session with your goals and needs in mind. Private classes give you the freedom to ask questions, move at your own pace, and receive personalized adjustments that you wouldn’t get in a group setting.

Reiki. The Ultimate Energy Release.

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that helps restore balance to the body, mind, and spirit. It works by channeling universal life force energy through the practitioner’s hands, encouraging the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Many people describe Reiki as deeply calming and nurturing, like being wrapped in a blanket of peace.

One of the most profound benefits of Reiki is stress reduction. In today’s fast-paced world, our nervous systems are often on overdrive, leaving us tense, anxious, or depleted. Reiki helps shift the body into a state of deep relaxation, allowing stress and tension to melt away. This not only improves mental clarity but also supports better sleep, stronger immunity, and emotional resilience.

Reiki can also be a powerful complement to traditional medicine or therapy. It may help ease physical pain, accelerate recovery after illness or injury, and support emotional release. Many clients find that Reiki helps them move through feelings of grief, anxiety, or overwhelm with more gentleness and ease. Because Reiki works on an energetic level, it supports holistic healing—nourishing the body, soothing the mind, and uplifting the spirit.

Perhaps most importantly, Reiki creates space for connection. In a session, you are invited to slow down, tune inward, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom. It’s a practice of coming home to yourself—restoring balance, harmony, and a deeper sense of well-being.

My Reiki sessions (60–90 minutes) are a safe and nurturing space for deep healing. We begin with intention setting and angel cards to bring clarity and guidance, then move into energy work designed to calm your nervous system and restore balance. Clients often describe leaving feeling lighter, clearer, and more at peace—many uncover and release old wounds they didn’t realize were still holding them back.

Each session is unique, powerful, and deeply restorative. They range between $100-$150 per session.



Somatic Experience Healing

Somatic experience healing is a powerful approach to releasing stored stress, trauma, and tension by working directly with the body. Unlike traditional talk therapy, which focuses mainly on the mind, somatic therapy recognizes that our bodies hold onto experiences. The nervous system remembers moments of fear, overwhelm, or grief—even long after our minds have moved on. Over time, these stored patterns can show up as anxiety, chronic fatigue, emotional triggers, or even physical pain.

Through gentle guidance, breathwork, mindful movement, and body awareness techniques, somatic therapy helps you reconnect with your body in a safe and supportive way. As you tune into your physical sensations, emotions that may have been “stuck” start to loosen. This process allows the body to finally release old patterns and return to a state of balance. Clients often describe it as a deep unburdening—like finally exhaling a weight they’ve been carrying for years.

The exciting part is that somatic healing doesn’t just resolve old pain. It also helps you cultivate resilience, emotional clarity, and a stronger connection to yourself. Imagine feeling more grounded in your own skin, calmer in stressful situations, and more present in your daily life. That’s the gift of somatic healing—it empowers you to move through the world with freedom, ease, and a deep sense of self-trust.

My somatic healing sessions are available both online and in person, so you can choose the setting that feels most comfortable for you. I also weave somatic practices into my Reiki and yoga classes, giving you a unique, whole-body approach to healing and self-discovery. Whether we’re working together virtually or face-to-face, you’ll have the tools to release stored tension, reconnect with your body, and find more ease in your daily life.
