My Story

Born in France to two American teachers, I grew up in an international bubble in Paris—surrounded by cultures, languages, and open-minded communities that shaped who I am and the path I chose.

In my 20s, I moved to Boston and became an elementary school teacher. From Montessori language schools to community centers, I poured my energy into my students every day. But after long hours of giving to others, I craved a way to reconnect with myself. One yoga class at the Boston Sports Club in Allston changed everything. Suddenly, I had a practice that re-centered me, grounded me, and reminded me to breathe.

After seven vibrant years on the East Coast, I moved to Denver where yoga became a daily ritual. A way to get through the long days that would drain me otherwise.

In 2015, during one of the hardest times of my life, I returned to Paris and completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in a bilingual program at Big Apple Yoga in the 2nd arrondissement. Immersing myself in yoga—its philosophy, its practice, its community—carried me through tremendous grief and loss, including the passing of my father. That season showed me what yoga truly is: not just movement, not just breath, but a homecoming. My church. My anchor. Yoga became the space where I could feel whole again, and that’s how I continue to teach it today.

I knew I was meant to head back to Denver, and a detour to PA got me back to the US. My chapter in Pheonixville, PA, expanded me in ways I never expected. I joined a 90s cover band as a passion project (because joy is healing, too!) and deepened my spiritual path, becoming both a Reiki Master and a Certified Meditation Guide. These experiences reminded me that healing is not one-dimensional—it’s creative, playful, and deeply personal.

After two years, I made my way back to the mountains. Several months later, the pandemic happened, and I started therapy through zoom. Somatic therapy was a way of healing that felt almost magical—reaching layers of grief and patterns I could never access with words alone. It touched something deeper, something I had been circling around but never able to face. That experience was so transformative that I became certified in somatic healing.

Today, these practices—yoga, Reiki, somatic therapy, meditation - have become the foundation of both my life and my work. I use them intuitively and creatively during my coaching sessions, tailoring every experience to what my clients most need. Each modality is powerful on its own, but woven together, they offer healing that is grounded, fun, embodied, and profoundly effective.

Along the way, I also discovered a new passion—art. What began as a personal outlet blossomed into a body of work I now share through coloring books designed to calm the nervous system, inspire mindfulness, and invite play. These creations are another way I guide people into relaxation and creativity, blending my love of yoga and art into something tangible you can bring into daily life.

Yoga gave me the tools to heal. Reiki and meditation deepened that healing. Somatic therapy helped me get to the root of what I couldn’t reach before. And art gave me a way to express it all. Together, they’ve become the foundation of how I live—and the gifts I love sharing with others.
