  • Gentle, intentional touch (or hands hovering, if you prefer)

  • Deep rest—many people drift, feel warmth, or release emotion

You don’t have to talk, perform, or “do it right.”
Your body knows what to do when it feels safe.

First Reiki Session Includes a Complimentary Integration Period

Your first session includes extra time at the end to integrate—space to ground, ask questions, and understand what your body released or shifted.

This is not offered with regular sessions.
